I feel very depressed and self harm comes to my mind

I am 25 yrs old. I am working as a software engineer. I have been struggling with self harm for the past 2 yrs. I am staying alone and i am not able to be with a group of people for a long time. I am able to do my work at a very good level but other time i feel very depressed and self harm comes to my mind and i will be having no control over myself for some time. What I need to do ?

Hello young man.
thank you for trusting healthcare magic. I totally understand how you feel about such things.But let me tell, these are all manifestations of certain illnesses, which can to a great extent be treated. So please dont be upset, and try going to a psychiatrist's office atleast once. I hope you are not on any medications, because there are certain drugs,(antidepressants) which also increase the suicidal tendency.So make sur you are not on any of them

thanks for choosing health care magic.see stress and tension has become part and parcel of life of every body in today s era.So your should not get too much depressed.Each and every person is having some issues,but there view to the problem makes its impact different for different persons.So do no feel low,you are good
preform er that is plus point.Keep it up.Try something new every time,hang out with friends and family,throw a surprise party for every one something like that.You can take help of a psychiatrist if things does not get fine.
