I Feel Sleepy All Day, Don't Have Any Medical History

I m 18 years old male. I started feeling daytime sleepiness from the standard 10th and now i m in engineering and has become uncontrollable. I feel extremely drowsy, i feel my eye lids a ton heavy and cant open them with ease. My eyes feel as if it is being squeezed. I m 75 kg s and 5ft 6 tall. I feel very sleepy during listening to the lectures and a bit lesser during other activities. My face looks as if i m intoxificated everyday. Please help me. I ve big problems coming up in my daily life.

you are suffering from narcolepsy.Narcolepsy cannot be cured. But can be controlled in most patients with drug treatment. Modafinil is drug of choice.some antidepressant may help.Drug therapies should be supplemented by various behavioral strategies.Some helpful things include short, regularly scheduled naps,modifications in class schedules and informing academic personnel of special needs.
