I have the same problem. I have no idea what is wrong with my knee. I don't know if it is a major problem, but since I can walk on it fine I am figuring that it is not a big deal. Hope this is not going to cause my problems later on.
Please see your doctor.you may having some inflammation of joint due to injury,in mean time apply ice packs to cool off,apply local analgesics cream,avoid taking up stairs too often,do not bend or sit on floor.This will reduce your pain.
