I feel pain in upper thigh

When I bend over my neck, I can feel the pain in upper thigh. what kind of pain? I would say muscle tight and cramp. I cannot stay in the seat longer because its bothering my upper thigh. I had to move to make it comfortable.

Hi.. How long have you been having these symptoms.. If iand change the way you t has been since some time, you may have to consult a spine specialist/neurosurgeon for examination.. You may be having a vertebral spine problem which can get aggravated.. You can use hot water bags for symptomatic pain relief, while changing the way you sit can help preventing these symptoms from recurring...

To my opinion, this should be muscular pain only if the duration of pain is not longer and/or if you have done some streneous work or exercise; but if the duration is longer you require thorough investigations and specialist's consultation.
Sometimes, proper physiotherapy also releave the problems.
