I feel like my heart is jumping out of my chest

Hello, I am a 29 year old male in good shape. For the past three nights i have been waking up to what feels like my heart is being jump started which is fallowed by a deep breath I am definitely concerned they may be something wrong any imput would be greatly appreciated! also i don't have insurance is there anything i can do?

Hi..It does not seem to be any problem that is of serious concern. Get a ECG of the heart or a cardiac evaluation done if you are worrying too much because of this.. Also look out for any other reason why you are woken from the sleep, they may be the reason for your symptoms...

Hi well come to HCM.
It could be simple tachycardia related to some dream,ie some fear full or some eciting
dream which can give you simple tachy carsia. For this you need not worry at all it is
not harmful at all.But chances of rhythm dis order can not be ruled out, if it is there
you are definately concerned and need treatment for that. If you do not have insurance
should go to Government hospital.Single visit to doctor may not help you much,since.
you do not have it continuously and may need Holters monitoring foe 24 hrs. Take
