I Feel Itching In My Penis During Sleep. How Can I Help Myself In This Situation ?
Sir,I am a 28years old person.From almost 6-7 months, I am feeling itching in my penis specially in deep sleeping time at night. My hand automatically goes at penis to rub it in night.I also feel in day time but in night sleeping most.I found a whitish type material attached at the top portion of penis always and I will have to wash it regularly. I have no pain in penis at all during all these situation.

it seems that you are having some fungal infection and need treatment
in sexually active both the parners should take simultaneous treatment
azithromycin 1 gm in empty stomach single dose
fluconazole 150mg i tab single dose after food
and tinidazole 5oomg 2 tab after meals
to be taken by both the partners
for local application clotrimazole ointmen to be used for 10 days
please get a check up with doctor and take treatment
