I feel dizzy, headache, I am tired all the time, I pee a lot and I vomitted once this morning. u think I could be because I missed my pill the second day that I was supposed to take it.

Hello..,welcome to Healthcare magic...headache and vomitings...morning times., if recent married person and that too ..,missed pill..it could be pregnancy..,first exclude this..,if it is negative, second one is... Migraine head ache..consult Neurologist ..go accordingly..ok.

Early pregnancy may be one of the cause which will present like this but you get it ruled out by urine pregnacy test, other causes like urinary tract inection, sinusitis should be ruled out
