I feel dizzy and weak with a feeling that I need to eat, kindly advice me

Hi, I am 45 years old. I did an full blood test in January, and every thing was OK according to my doctor . I feel dizzy and weak with a feeling that I need to eat and eat to get some energy. I use to be a very active person and now I feel like I can not do any thing but go to work and get some rest. AND I HEAT THAT. What do you think is going on with me?? Suzy

U are not mentioning the SEX..., If U female ., it is quite common to your age...,
Now U are approaching Menopausal stage....
In this .......Dizziness, weakness are normal...,
1) Hormonal disturbances , Calcium resorption , and weakness of bones are the main ailments....,
2) Hence take plenty of fruits..,
3)plenty of water...
4) Premense tablets 2 times daily for 30 days...
5) Calcium supplimentary will be beneficial...,
consult good Gynecologist and follow treatment strictly.....goodluck

Dizziness and weakness can be due to many causes other causes as Hypo tension, visual disturbances, Osteoarthritis, stress, anxiety etc. Kindly get a complete examination done to rule out any other cause.
