I Feel A Little Pain In Thigh Due To Swelling. It Is Dangerous ?

I've found that my thighs are swollen the form of seeds and I feel a little pain due to swelling . it is dangerous ? and It is important i need to see a doctor and I always feel a huge headache , especially during lunch.
