Good evening.
One time period delaying is not so significant and it is quite normal thing.It may be due to emotional upset, stress,anxiety,anorexia ,thyroid problem etc.
If your period becomes persistent irregular or delaying,then need to investigate properly with consultation of gynaecologist.
