most common cause of miscarriage at this time being incompetent iniernal os of uterus
usually a fresh product sometimes alive is aborted for this reason
your treating doctor will be able to tell you more
some infections can also cause miscarriage
some times heavy exertions may initiate uterine contractions and lead to abortions
do not worry be under your doctors guidance for future pregnancy

Most common causes for miscarriage during this period of pregnancy are congenital anamolies of uterus ,Incompetent os , Torch group of infections.Although there could be many other causes.

yuor bleeding should have been reduced by this time
consult your doctor ,get checked up
ultrasonogram may be helpful besides clinical examinations
hb%should be done
follow doctor's advice some evacuations may be needed
with proper treatment you will be all right
should wait for 6 months at least to have next pregnancy
take doctors advice for any tests to rule out any infection
from begining be under doctor's care next time
do not worry you will be all right
do not blame yourself
hoping early recovery
