Unable to get sleep early, frequent breaks (Insomnia) in sleep have different reasons. There psychological and physical reasons. Untreated Anxiety, Depression, unable to cope up with Stress leads to Insomnia.

Physical disorders like , hormonal changes - premenstrual syndrome, menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause; medical conditions like allergies, arthritis, asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, and Parkinson's disease cause insomnia. Overuse of caffeine and alcohol, Medications can cause insomnia.

Treatment depends on the cause. Relaxation exercises, Yoga or meditation, Exercise, hypnotherapy, having a soothing bath or shower before bed, Massage, especially of the neck, shoulder, and leg muscles can help.
