I am skipping lunch. wan to take heavy breakfast and light dinner I am working in office. I am sitting in front of computer all the time. After taking my lunch, i have to sit again. I feel so uncomfortable and my tummy is nt reducing. SO i was thinking to take heavy breakfast(not too heavy) like grain bread, cereals with fruits. And will take snack at 10 am. For lunch i am planning to take sumthin very light like fruits and nuts. At 4 pm again im goin to take snacks and at night, i will take sumthin light before 7pm. I am taking 5 meals per day but in a small amount, taking snacks during lunch time. Do you think it is good ?
