. And you were right in your last line, admittedly her bedside manner was lousy but maybe she hadn't a clue how to say it otherwise. You need to ask your Dr. the questions you want answered and tell him you don't want them sugar coated, you want the facts .

, it came back and I have less the 2/3 of one kidney, (No back up ) I was born with only one, I also have diabetes. You do the math. I'm not waa waaing, but yes, I do get depressed and I can see that you are to. But, if they won't volunteer what you need to know, You have to lay it on the line and tell them you want to know.
