Hello Mr. Manikandan,
Wheezjng is a common symptom caused by known or unknown external allergens.
According to siddha system i advice you ,take sun bath and breathing exercise every day.
"Sun bath "will enhance the immune power and the "Sectional breathing "exercise is for
easy breathing. Avoid milk and milk products at night hours.

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Ashutosh Thigale's  Response
This is a very common problem now a days.It happens due to blockage in udan vayu according to my science. As u say that you are a sensitive person,in what manner?Lets think this in common point of view. The wheezing is also depends on mental stress. If the person is in deep sleep then total body including smallest cell relaxes at that time. This situation remains at least 20-30 mins only. Also if the person has having rukshatajaneet disease like asthama/ piles/skin disease/heart problems in that case also the patient wheezes a lot.A small child having worms also wheezes. This is called vayu avarodha in ayurveda.
Lets think that you don't have these problems, then what is the remedy for this?Well, very simple
1)application of warm coconut oil/til oil/mahanarayana tailam on chest is the best solution before going to bed.
2)take some yastika(jeshtamadh, mulethi in Hindi) about 2 gms thrice a day
3)sleep during day time is strictly prohibited as it orginates kapha dosha giving wheezing problem
4)taking curd/roasted food/heavy drinks/cold beverages/fermented food etc is not acceptable.
Follow these lines and have a wheezing free sleep.

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
Dear Mankanandan
Wheezing can be checked as per ayurveda by two measure. First by broncho dilators and second by increasing the immunity. This many a times is due to allergy. allergy can be from within the body or out side the body. whithin the body is due to toxic released by worms. So first have wormicide. Then use steam inhalation to loosen any phlegum. have som kalp vati as bronko dilator and swmala, mahalakshami vilas ras gold to increase immunity and turmeric in hot milk.

Homeopath Dr. Preeti Balwani's  Response

Wheezing is a late symptom of respriratory tract infection or allergy which causes narrowing of the respiratory passage so breathing becomes difficult and effortful breathing with sound is called as wheezing .
Now u should immediately contact a chest physician who will rule out the exact cause by getting x-ray, blood examinations, or pulmonary function test etc .
There are good medicines for these complaints in homoeopathy also if u need me again u can write me at-preetibalwani62@yahoo.com.
Take care
