I am suffering from the problem of premature ejaculation and I am masturbating from past 8 years

sir I am a male 21 years old. I am masturbating from past 8 years (sometimes up to even 4-5 times a day as well) and still a virgin. sir I am suffering from the problem of premature ejaculation . whenever I masturbate, I usually have a fall within 10 seconds. although in past i used to hold up to 3-4 minutes as well. I am really depressed from my weak sexual performance and it is getting worse day by day. besides I also have the problem of underdeveloped penis. although length is about 5.5 but girth is quite less. and neither i get harder erections. Any doctor or any other person who can help me,please tell whether there is any way to come out of this problem and most importantly from premature ejaculation. I will be thankful to you forever.

hi welcome,
first you should stop masturbating from this type of excess level to normal 2-3 times in a week.
take plenty of water and take bath in cold water very slowly.
your problem you are trying to finish it as early as possible if you are doing 4-5 times a day not slowly with some urgency is it?
this is the reason for your premature ejaculation
size and girth no need to worry
size is ok girth will adjust by the vaginal wall you no need to worry about that since it will take care by that time by muscles.
how you will get hardness if you are doing it so tensed?
you shoul do
1-reduce to 3-4 in a week
2-take more water and bath in cold water
3-avoid tension
4- practise yoga for self confident
5-never discuss with friends
6-consult nearby sexologist
