hi,thanks for query.You seems to have some infection with your upper respiratory tract,in most of the cases the viral one.Take more of fluids,hot ones are better,take light diet and take proper rest.Take fever medication for fever and throat pain.If you are comfortable you should take steam inhalation.Any cough formula available will also help.
