I Am Suffering From Regular Acute Headache At Night For 3 Days. Could It Be Migraine ?

i m a 23 years old female, have had a really bad headache for the past 3 days now, it literally goes and comes in the same day and it hurts worse at night. I took some headache medicine and panadols and it helped for a while but then the headache came right back. what is the cause of this?

Thanks for query,
Duration of headache is 3 days which is too early to stamp as migraine.
It may be due to viral infection or sinusitis or tension headache.
Possibility of having refectory error also we should keep in mind.
Take analgesic tab as and when required,if there is no improvement then consult your doctor.
