Read your prob, you should rule out the cause of sleepless night or
insomnia. common causes are
depression, irregular sleep habit, taking tea, coffee at bed time, mental clouding. then start treatment. taking
sedative pills is not treatment. you should start awaking at around 5 o clock does not matter when you get sleep. do not use tea n coffee at bed time, avoid day time sleeping, along with it you should take medicine which subside your mental clouding, it helps you. so discuss it with your doc n do as per advise.
