Read your prob, you should rule out the cause of sleepless night or insomnia. common causes are depression, irregular sleep habit, taking tea
, coffee at bed time, mental clouding. then start treatment. taking sedative
pills is not treatment. you should start awaking at around 5 o clock does not matter when you get sleep. do not use tea n coffee at bed time, avoid day time sleeping, along with it you should take medicine which subside your mental clouding, it helps you. so discuss it with your doc n do as per advise.
