am suffering from hard excretion of stool from years together....now a days i find blood stains on da cummod.....why is dis ? and how do i get rid of it?is it dude to da food intake dat is creating heat in da body...ex chicken....spicy food...or is it piles?
am actually working at my gym for 2-3 hrs a day...and making use of a drug..ECA....is it effecting or wat is da cause?
