I Am Not Getting My Period. My Right Ovary And Right Fallopian Tube Is Removed

I am now 47 yrs old.AfterAUG 2009 i am not getting my periods. My right ovary and right fallopian tube is removed after laprotomy in aug 2008. please give /sugest is there any thing wrong in my case.

Hi.. Are you having the symptoms of menopause??... Did it stop all of a sudden?? Menopause which is refers to cessation of menstrual cycles, generally occurs after 40 years of age.. It is usually associated with irregular  cycles before the actual cessation.. So if you have other symptoms of menopause and had irregular periods before the cessation, then it could be normal.. You may have to consult your doctor if it has been sudden cessation...
