Without menstrual history and time of having sex it is difficult to conclude.
There are plenty of causes of nausea and back pain.

Hi..., the above symptoms are not the signs of pregnancy...
first sign of pregnancy is Amenorrhea..
Do a UPT test and rule put pregnancy...
If test is positive, then you need to confirm it by USG.....
