Hi. i am 25 years, Am missing my periods from this month? I have joined a gym and am doing aggressive gyming, is it because of that? or is it because of pregnancy can i be suggested few test which can confirm it is pregnancy or not?

missed period is usually because of pregnancy in otherwise normal healthy women who are sexually active. the effect of gym on the menstrual cycle is negligible to the most extent it would be an dysmenorrhea. the early morning urine pregnancy test using home pregnancy kit is the initial method to screen whether you are pregnant or not? get the urine pregnancy test done after missing the period
