The symptoms you have are obviously due to dehydration
and lack of food as well. So the first thing to be done is increase intake, sensibly.
You havnt mentioned what kind of sweets you are taking...
But simple sugars can be digested by the body here. Simple carbohydrates like bread will be tolerated. Fat-free milk with sugar, soups, soft cooked rice etc can be taken, adding slight condiments for a better taste is adviced.
Please make sure your diet is free from fats/oils as they wil not be digested .
