I am loosing control on my mind and thoughts

is there anybdy to answer realy???i have some queries regarding my mental health.m feeling mentaly week..i am 25, female.and till date i lived a very gud life...with proud of my thinking and lifestyle. but now m loosing controle on my mind and thoughts.*doing mistakes knowingly.*loosing interest in my work(as i have very good job).*have blinks in suddenly happy then sad.anger...etc.*frustation level increasing.*sometine act dramatic. create fake stories and feel like are true.

You have described your symptoms very vaguely. Still, may be you are in depression, or suffering some psychiatric illness. It is not possible to diagnose by these symptoms alone. Please consult a psychologist or psychiatrist with a physician for proper evaluation & treatment. Good luck.

Though it is rare to have first onset of Bipolar (Manic Depression) at your age, some of the symptoms described do resemble the Manic Depression or it oculd be something called agitated depression, the most common type of depression with a rider that technically it would be called depression only if it is longer than two weeks.

Apparently your work life is being disturbed and this alone should be enough for a one off consultation atleast with psychiatrist
