I Am Looking For Ways To Improve My HDL Cholesterol

Hi I have genetically high cholesterol with an above average number in HDL - Id like to improve even more on this number to combat the LDL's (currently my cholesterol level is 295 with a 75HDL) - Ive beent stricter than most (with indescretions here and there) in diet and exercise but the fluctuation of my total Cholestrol number can not come down past 260 ... so I'd like to boost the HDL's - can you suggest foods that would do this? My daily diet consists of Oatmeal (raisins or bluberrys) Cheerios (dry no dairy) Two fruits Two - four veggies limited to no butter 3 eggs a week (if that) Chicken or Turkey ONLY as well as 1.5 to 3 liters of water daily... any suggestions would help! Thanks! I take kickboxing 4-5 times a week I am very opposed to taking any type of medication - in fact Im totally against it ... too many side effects and just the fact that it removes the enzyme CQ10 alone leaves me to beleive it can not be good for you. Supplement with cod oil and vitamin c and the B complex vitamins. In large doses. You'll thank me later. It may not do anything to your cholesterol but that whole thing is a manufactured health crisis for profit anyway.
