I am in perimenopause. Getting regular periods and belly ache. Is it normal? What should I do?
I m 48, peri-menapausal with recent weight gain , esp in belly. still getting regular periods but have belly aches with bloating . Is it normal to be getting belly aches with peri-menapause? I ve changed diet and exercise to be healthier. also, is there anything I can do (besides diet and exercies) to help with belly fat and belly aches?
