I Am Having Weakness After Suffering From Diarrhea

HI IM female 34 yrs old from 2 week i felt some cold and my body was shakingnext day i had diarrhea for 10 days i fel tired and pain in my muscels i did blood test all are fine except V D its low its 42 and the averge id 50 i feel dizzy and pain in my head and too much gazes in my stomach please help me i dont know what to do i start having depression

Having a diarrhea constantly for 10 days causes depletion of fluids and electrolytes from the body leading to dizziness and headache. These diarrhea are usually self limiting. You can take plenty of fluids, light oil free diet and prebiotics for relief.
