I Am Having Severe Itching On Hands And Sole Causing Red Spots

About two nights ago I woke up and was itching very bad. I discovered when I stratched red spots like mosquito bites would be on me, but when I stop itching the spots go away, but when I start itching again, the spots come back. Also the inside of my hands and the sole of my feet itch very bad at times too since the itching started.
