my heart hurts it has for a few weeks now it feels like i m really hungry but in my heart you know like hunger pains but not in my stomach what could this be?

Dear Cameron! Thank you choosing health care magic. Your age could be really helpful to answer your question. I advise you to take antacids for your condition. But It is always better to have an ECG(electrocardiogram) at the earliest to rule out any heart ailment.
