I am having indigestion and cramp for 3-4 days. Should i worry about that ?

I ve been having gas, indigestion and cramping the last 3 - 4 days and my breats are very tender, I feel like I want to throw up but I can eat just fine. I ve also had multiple bowel movements which is not like me at all. What could this be?

This is because you are having low digestive fire according to Ayurveda,for this problem have a small piece of dry ginger,salt and few drops of lemon over it and take and chew this before both meals,and have Luke warm water always when you are having this type of problem

It appears to be a Gastrointestinal infection. Are you passing lot of gas. Do you burp a lot which is foul smelling. You may need a course of antibiotics. Let me know on the above queries.
