I am having heart aches after a simple exercise. Is it coronary artery disease?

am a 19 year old african student(girl) studying in having heart aches after a simple exercise like climbing the stairs or after or when am sad or upset i also fill some pain in my chest and some heat at my back..could i have coronary atery disease??

1. What i think is you need to increase your stamina by good aerobic exercises.
eg. walking, jogging, cycling etc.

make sure you increase duration and intensity slowly .

2. I guess its a " junk food fever " ; is that so ...?

maintain your weight . at this age, you should certainly emphasis your good health as a priority, dear!

3. for safety sake ; get your routine check up done by physician.

hello . one can experience heart aches if one is sad or upset.. that does not indicates having a coronary artery disease. but getting heart aches even after climbing stairs in tht case just get urself examined nothing to worry..
