1. What i think is you need to increase your stamina by good aerobic exercises
eg. walking, jogging, cycling etc.
make sure you increase duration and intensity slowly .
2. I guess its a " junk food fever
" ; is that so ...?
maintain your weight . at this age, you should certainly emphasis your good health as a priority, dear!
3. for safety sake ; get your routine check up done by physician.
