I Am Having Headaches, Bloated Stomach, Swollen Armpits, Sore Nipples. I Did Not Get My Period.
Hi, I m 3 days late for my period, bloated with gas, headaches, lower back aches, swollen armpits, sore nipples, and from time to time I get severe sharp cramps in my lower abdomen that last for a few seconds. Once these go away, I get dull cramps for a few minutes and then they disappear! Help!

you have not mentioned your age if you are more then 38 then you are in menopause period so you are having all this symptom.you have not mentioned that this thing happened for first time or it is happening .you can take hingvastak churna 5gm 2time after meal for some time .
