I Am Having Headache And Feeling Sick From Past One Week. What Has Happened To Me ?

These sysmtoms have been going on for about a week i have been feeling sick, light headed and have a headach from hell. please help

just feeling sick & light headed is not sufficient;please write your age;whether you have headache continuously or is it reieved by any pain killer ;do you have vomiting or feel nausea .because sometimes headache can be bad because of simple acidity also;please try to write details so that we can help you better.
