I Am Having Cold, Cough And Fever , Please Suggest Me The Remedy For These

Hi, I am 28 years and am working in sales profession. I am having persistent cough for the last 7 days and cold for the last 2 weeks, have taken medication, but not helping out in a big way. what should i do ? please help

persistent cough with cold and not responding to medications needs an evaluation from doctor. you may get the throat swab and sputum tested and than appropriate antibiotic chosen. also get an X-ray of the chest to rule out the infection of chest.
