I am feeling a lot of pain in my inside and back of knee. how to treat this by exercise or by medicine ?

Last 4 months I am using laptop extensively even at home, keeping it mostly on my left knee . Now I am feeling a lot of pain in my inside and back of knee. I stop keeping laptop on my lap but still it is paining severely. Kindly advice me how to treat this by exercise or by medicine. Hi, I am a male 34 years. hi welcome to health care magic.see you can use laptop but not continuously,take break in between and do mild walk for proper blood supply of leg.take calcium to strengthen your bone in form of milk and its products,take arnica 200 4pills 3 time aday until your pain subside.it is a homoeopathic preparation which is safe

hi,
By keeping laptop on your leg or on knee for long time your leg muscles become stretched and going into spasm leading to pain while walking or standing,this is for short time,afterward you will be fine.
You change the place of laptop from time to time and give rest to your leg.
If pain is more and lasts for long you may apply analgesic cream and hot fomentation onaffected part.
