I Am Facing Problem Of Cervical Spondilytis, Kindly Help Me Out

I have a pain in my neck and for that I had consulted to a doctor at Hardikar, Pune. I was suggested to take a traction for 1 week. Even then I had a pain in my neck. I am doing the regular exercises given by the doctor. Then doctor suggested me to put a cervical collar, which I am using 24 hours for last 2 weeks. But even then I am facing the same problem. Please kindly help me.

Management of such problems requires, changes in posture, lifestyle, exercise, & medication. You can try Homoeopathy. Using pain-killers isnt advisable for long time.

it is not the problem which will go off in one day or week. you need to constantly do exercise, and than some painkillers will be given, if not controlled than doc will ask to put collar. if that also do not work out than they will put traction. if that also do not work out than local steroid injection and finally last reaort is the surgery. so it needs minimum of 2 years for you to get the surgery done in normal cases.
