I Am Experiencing Breast Pain. Could It Be Due To Gas Or Something Else ?

I have a slight pain since two- three days in the right breast around the nipple. could it be due to gas. my periods might start in two three days. I am 30 yrs old lady. 5.2 ft height and 52 kgs weight. I have a 3 yr old baby. i m a healthy person. it is like something pricking slightly. this is the first time I am experiencing this.

Breast pain a few days prior to periods is perfectly normal and you need not worry about it.
Do regularly check for any lump formation in the breast.

Your problem is likely due to premenstrual tension..
many a time one gets this type of pain like breast engorgement before or during period, so do not worry after your period it will be alright.
One point I want to highlight that have you any lump or crack on the nipple or in the breast ? If you find lump or swelling in the breast you consult your doctor.

Pain in breast can occassionally occur before periods in some females but it is bilateral and not on one side.Also the pain is not due to gas.If the pain is same and not increasing then check it after menses if it goes away fine if not then get examined by a Gynaecologist.If the pain is increasing day by day then get examined immediately.
