Dentist 's  Response

Thanks for asking the query,

Toothache indicates infection in the tooth involving the pulp tissue, such type of infected tooth need to be treated with Root canal treatment to save it permanently.
I would suggest you to visit the Dentist get a checkup done avoid an x-ray of the tooth.
I would encourage you to consult your OBGYN before taking the medications.
Amoxicillin can be taken safely take tab paracetomol for pain relief.
Superficial caries can be excavated and temporay restoration can be placed to give temporary relief.
Further treatment can be caried out after delivary of the child.
Maintain a good oral hygiene, use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

Hope this helps out.

Dentist Dr. Yogesh Tripathi's  Response
pain in tooth can be due to multiple cause incuding cavity in tooth or gingivitis in that region
what i would suggest is that you pay a visit to your dentist and get it examined .if its cavitated you can go for root canal procedure. if its gingivitis a simple scaling and curretage will do the needful
in the meanwhile you can do the following to minimize your pain
1.amoxi 500 mg twice daily
2.paracetamol twice or thrice daily depending upon the pain
3.luke warm saline rinses 4-6 times daily
best of luck

I have read your problem, I will suggest you to search a good ENDODONTIST who can manage root canal treatment in that tooth without x-ray and without medicin. Anyhow you can have Amoxicillin 500 mg and some analgesic also suggested by gynecologist. Now a days singal sitting root canal treatment is also possible with laser (WITH WAVE ONE SYSTEM)/
All the best.
