, improper food, sleeplessness
may be due to other factors and also due to worm infestation, anemia
, sedentary life. Hence I recommend balanced diet(no junks) with lot of whole fruits and fresh vegetables, timed food, regular physical activity ( walking / yoga ) amd eight hours sleep which will definitely make you bubbly and active.
