I Am Always Exhausted, No Matter What I Do. Why It Is So ?

Hi. I am a 23 year old female, 5.6 and 82kg. Im worried because I am tired all the time. i have an active weekend job and get a small amount of exercise during the week but i am always exhausted. I am vegetarian for two years but i have felt like this for much longer than that. what can make me stop feeling so exhausted, it doesnt matter how much sleep i get, if i eat healthily, do some exercise or if i go to bed at the same time every night. When I get tired i feel like i might fall over, my heart beats too much and I get a headache and have to stay in a lot because of it. i dont have any diagnosed health problems.
