I Am A Weight Lifter. Diet Plan For Bulking? Advice

Hi, I am an active person and I lift weights. I am trying to make a diet in order to help me bulking and I have heard that I need 1g of protein and 3.6g of carbs for every 1 pound of my body weight. the problem that I am facing is when I am trying to put a lot of carbs and protein in my diet I end up with a diet where the sodium reaches about 3200mg. Please help me resolve this problem.

Hi !

Thank you for your query.

I think you need an expert dietician to calculate your BMI and then prescribe the diet for you. Every body has individual requirement according to his weight and basal metabolic rate . one diet cannot be followed by everybody . Protein hels you build body muscles but excess can be harmful .

So, get yourself a diet chart according to your reqiurements .

Hope you are satisfied with the answer.

If you have any further queries feel free to ask.

Wish you good health.

Take care.
