Good Day
The symptoms you are experiencing are probably those of angina or could be anxiety. You need to get an ECG done as soon as possible. Angina is chest discomfort which occurs when the blood supply to heart is reduced. This could lead to heart attack if not properly treated. You need to stop smoking and drinking alcohol at all costs otherwise extremely high chance of heart attack. Stop eating junk food, fried food, colas. Check if you have Diabetes as well. You need to visit a Cardiologist in this regard to rule out heart problem.
