Presence of corn may cause irritation, burning etc. But you need to confirm , by visit a dr personally, that its a corn and not any other illness.
There could be other causes of burning in soles/foot along , hardening of skin.

You havent mentioned if you are diabetic or not. Please get your fasting and PP blood sugar tested , if you havnt cheked it till now.

For sleep and mild hypertension you can take homeopathy safely. So please visit a homeopathic physician and discuss your case, i am sure you will find a permanent solution to your problem.

Meanwhile give your leg rest, avoid going around without comfortable footwear, and avoid manipulating the toe skin.

You are having fungal infection of the foot which is causing the pain and is due to sweating You need to contact Dermatologist at a Hospital for cure. For your blood pressure you need to eat low salt diet. Eat plenty of fruits and fresh green leafy vegetables. Exercise everyday by brisk walking for 40 minutes.
