You can try doiing this. keep a flask of hot water, a basin, a glass and sppon and some glucose powder near your bed at night. Sleep. when you get up in morning, dont get down from bed, wash your mouth in the basin, take the hot water in the glass, add two-three spoons of glucose in it, drink and lie down again for half hour. get up later, and eat something soon after brushing. whole day you feel better.
