First talk with your doctor. Being in congestive heart failure you don't want to over do it. Second, try and get a good program diet started. My fiance and I both tried Weight Watchers. It's about 40/month but it really works!!! We had lost quite a bit of weight in the first couple of months but remind you that everyone is different. Being 250 lbs you may see results quicker than others since you have more to lose. The first week you feel like your starving but when you step on the scale you'll feel a lot better!! :) Good luck!
