I Am 41 Years Old Suffering From Lower Back Bruising

Hi, I have developed bruising on my lower back. It does not hurt to touch, but can be stiff when standing. The bruising looks kind of rippling or web like. Any ideas? Oh, I also had bruised vertebrae in my early 20 s I am now 41.
