I am 38 and suffering from giddiness and fast heart beat. Are these signs of menopause ?

helo dr. im a lady and im from india. Sir, my age is 38 years. now a days i am suffering form giddiness and i feel that my heart is making sound very fastly. sory i dont know much of english. my question is is this is a symptom of menopus or a symptom of bp?

welcome to health care magic.
the average age of menopause in indian women is around 48 49 yrs. it ranges from 45 to 55 years. menopause usually does not occur below 40 years of age, if it does it is termed as premature ovarian failure. do not worry. in my opinion you should get your thyroid levels done, also get your blood pressure recorded daily for atleast 3 to 4 days, also please get an ecg done. how are your periods as of now? do not panic. get the tests done and see your gynaecologists who will get another two blood test done to have a clue whether you are going into menopause. relax , u will be fine.
