I Am 29 Years Old And I Have Mass On Left Breast Causing Pain. Do I Have Breast Cancer ?

hi! im 29 years old with 1 child.i have a problem with my lower left breast..there is a pain and when i self examine i think there is a mass on it..it is a cyst? im scared..3 days ago i washed clothes and lift heavy things..do you think it would be the cause of the pain i feel on my left side breast?please help

It could be anything from cyst to benign mass to cancerous mass...Since you have pain it is most likely cyst..So please consult a Gynecologist.
