Hi,thanks for query. It seems that you are having recurrent infections because of some nutritional deficiency.Greying of hair and tiredness again could be due to same reason. The best thing for you to is go for routine blood counts and urine examination to know the exact cause and take treatment accodingly. In young females the commonest possibility is of iron deficiency. Please see your doctor.
wishing you good health.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Hi Archana, You may be having allergic rhinitis with/without sinusitis which can cause constant cold and tiredness and headache. You need to get examined by an ENT Surgeon to know the proper picture as to what you are suffering from. I would recommend that you exercise everyday by brisk walking for 40 minutes as this helps a lot in allergies. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables everyday for good antioxidant effect. Also do Yoga, Pranayam and deep breathing exercise for reducing stress for the day. You can take over the counter antihistamine tablet like Cetrizine at night for cold for some relief till you show ENT Doctor.
